MEMORANDUM


There are three House races with no determined winners, as the Associated Press declared Rep. Ami Bera (D-CA) and Rep. Jim Costa (D-CA) the winners in their re-election bids. AZ-02 remains too close to call, with Rep. Ron Barber (D-AZ) in a razor-close race with Republican Martha McSally. LA-05 and LA-06 will have a run-off election on December 6th to determine the winners, although both seats are expected to be held by Republicans. The current breakdown of the House is 244 Republicans and 186 Democrats.

The Louisiana Senate race between Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) and Rep. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) requires a run-off which will be held on December 6th. The current breakdown of the Senate is 53 Republicans and 44 Democrats.
